On this exiting website I show not 50, but 1024 shades of grey in a 32x32 square within a 128x128 magic square. The 1024 numbers in the 32x32 square are the codes from 1 (= full white) up to 1024 (is full black) and the 1024 different tints create a photo of a famous person.
Creator of this photo magic square is Ot Ottenheim.
You can check in the download that each row/column/diagonal of the 128x128 magic square gives the magic sum and all numbers from 1 up to 16384 are in the 128x128 magic square.
OK, Einstein very nice. But the famous person who created also famous magic squares is Franklin. So Ot Ottenheim used a picture of Franklin to construct a photo magic square.
